Sparring 101

Sparring 101 combines training elements of Thai boxing, wrestling, boxing and more with functional fitness to get you into shape AND hone your sparring skills. Have a great time while getting in fighting shape! Students of all levels are welcome!


In Sparring 101 you’ll gain:
