Joel says being a lifelong athlete has taught him about ambition, and to always look to reach that next level in his career and his life. He says if you want to make a change in your fitness – and in your life – make your attitude the first thing you work on. “Attitude is huge – it's the drive and the motivation to see change.”

Jake Norman

CrossFit Coach Jake Norman got his start in the fitness field as a personal trainer, and uses his experience in that field to get the most success out of each individual, by boosting their strengths and shoring up their weaknesses. Jake's philosophy is that we should get through a difficult WOD by addressing it one rep at a time. “Giving each rep my full attention has taught me to address the obstacles in my life by breaking them down and addressing them one step at a time.” Jake believes in the power of each individual to improve, regardless of their current skill level, “because intensity is what is relevant”.

He says, “You show up, we’ll take care of the rest!”
