Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pull-ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Track how many rounds you went before overlapping minutes, AND record your total number of completed rounds at the end of 30 minutes:

that was fun! Noel kicked butt. he just kept going one round to the next. after I got my 9 round on the minute complete i had to take a minute break every couple of rounds and then every round.
