3 Rounds for 1 minute intervals
Tire Flips
Singles
Swings
Par. Bar Push-ups
J. Slams
Fence and Back

Part 2
2 Rounds for 30 sec intervals
Tire Sit-ups
Tire Push-ups
Tire Squats

Part 3
String as many together as you can and then switch with team members
50 Tire Flips

Fun Fridays are always Awesome! We broke into teams of 3. Part 1 of the WOD: each member was to choose 2 exercises that they felt they were strongest at. No two members on a team could pick the same exercise. After 3 rounds of 1 mintue intervals we counted up the reps each member completed. Then totaled the reps as a whole. After completing part 1 and part two of the WOD the teams added their scores as shown below.

TEAM 1- 713
Noel, Buddy, Ed

Team 2- 695.5
Nash, Austin, James

Team 3- 586
Andy, J.P., Alexis
