ed… it is hot… i think i hit a wall with some over training maybe, so i am going to dial back just a bit… i completely fell apart on monday with chelsea.. so i think i am going to swap 1 or 2 crossfit classes with krav… maybe that will help my recovery some.. i have been terrible at crossfit for the past three weeks or so..
I’m traveling all next week so I won’t get to work out. I know I need the rest! Keep those hands up Billy…
Bill’s right Ed, it is hot in there and you work out in the heat of the day. It takes its toll on you after a while. There are alot of factors that go into why you may not be doing as well or why you can’t keep going. Hydration right now, I think is a huge factor! Try to get that water in and definitely rest when your body is telling you to! In the mean time, don’t beat yourself up about it, you are doing an awesome job!!! Thank about how stong you’ve gotten, the weight you’ve lost, you rocked all the workouts RX and just how great you feel over all!!! Keep it up!!!

That’s the first WOD I haven’t finished in a long time. Don’t know why I found that so hard but DAMN! I Rx’d the weight but struggled to keep moving after the first round. F’ing old age!!!
