Had my first experience in Krav Maga yesterday afternoon. Just wanted to thank Christian for the introduction and the other folks in the class for making me feel welcome (well, as welcome as a person can feel while getting repeatedly punched in the chest

It was a lot of fun, but definitely a butt-kicker. (warm up alone!) I signed up right afterward and I'm looking forward to the next class!
