Open to all levels. Classes focus on the Fundamental Techniques in Shebaro Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In the fundamentals program, you will learn basic techniques, usually focusing on 1 to 2 techniques per night and blending them into basic positional sparring and drills in order to ingrain the techniques into your movements.
Open to all levels. Classes focus on more advanced movements and concepts of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Classes focus on drills and techniques that can be found both within the Fundamental Curriculum and in material that is trending in the Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community. Classes open with light sparring or drilling and move into technique work and application.
