DESCRIPTION: Come learn how to “move naturally” with Level 2 MovNat Certified Trainer Tracy Barksdale. In MovNat Instincts you will learn how to move efficiently and use your body how it is meant to move by crawling, climbing, balancing, jumping and more. The last class of the series will put your newly learned skills to the test with a run through nature. MovNat training benefits athletes, obstacle course racers, anyone post-rehab and anyone looking to get active again. Come reawaken your body and discover freedom of movement through MovNat training.
