800 M Run (each team member must run 800 m)

100 Burpees to 45lb plate

100 Deadlift (225/185)

100 Double Unders (each team member must do 100)

100 Lunge/Push Press (115/75)

100 MB Stand-ups (20/16)

800 M Run (each team member must run 800 m)

*For Time*

 

In this WOD, each team member must complete the run and double unders together.

Each team will be allowed two BB, two 45lb plates, and two MB for the rest of the exercises, and every rep done counts towards the 100 reps.
