A 40 pound weight loss and a good haircut changes everything.
Many, many people come to us so we can help them get into shape, which we happen to be very good at, thank you very much! As Tony Robbins says, success leaves clues. If you want to accomplish something, look at people who have done what you wish to do. Copy them. If you’re working towards getting into better shape and losing weight, you’d do well to take a glance at Fit and Fearless CrossFit student Michael Hatt. In addition to having an awesome name, Mr. Hatt has lost 40 pounds since he’s been training here!Knowing that diet is a huge part of weight loss, I asked Michael what strict formula he was following, and he gave me the most practical diet advice I’ve ever heard: “I pretty much started not eating like crap, plus I used to go out to eat for literally almost every meal, and now I don’t.”
Another important component to changing our physique is simply making the commitment. We are going to do it NOW, not later, and we are not going to let anything stand in our way.
Michael says, “I was convinced I had to kick it into gear, because working out twice a week wasn’t cutting it. I had the time, so I decided to make the most of it. I’d hit a point where I just weighed way too much. If you really want to do it you can. If you keep trying, its gonna happen.”
And what are the results of Michael’s success – and yours, too?
“I feel so much better. I can fit into all the clothes I couldn’t fit into before. I sleep better, I’m not tired all the time. I feel great now, a lot better. And I’m finally not last place in CrossFit! There’s nothing like a good haircut and losing 40 pounds.”
