Coach Lauren Sears has been an athlete and health & fitness ethusiast all her life. She is passionate about triathlon and helping others to achieve a happier and healthier life. Her efforts have logged countless hours training as a multisport athlete, as well as studying functional movement, nutrition, injury prevention, sports enhancement, and more recently the Pose method of swim, bike, and run.
Lauren is a certified trainer of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and is a nationally ranked triathlete. Her expertise includes endurance and strength conditioning for athletes of any age or fitness level. She specializes in functional training and strength development for life and overall wellness, and she will motivate you to surpass your highest goals.
Lauren’s personal goal is to continue growing as an athlete and individual, to earn a spot at the Ironman World Championship, and to achieve short-term fitness goals every day along the way.
