2- Hour Intensive seminar with Brandon Phillips, former Owner of Fit and Fearless and Krav Maga Instructor.
It will be 2 hours of high energy drills, working combatives, defenses, and encorporating some weapons defenses.

Seminar will take place outside so please wear appropriate shoes, clothing and water bottle. Mouthguards are highly recommended, but not required.
