HIIT Fridays 5:45 pm
There is a new HIIT class at 5:45 pm on Friday evenings! We have added this class on Fridays to help you start your weekend off right. High-intensity interval training is great for getting in plenty of cardio in short bursts to improve your cardiovascular system.
If you want to try a double-header, then take HIIT at 5:45 pm followed by Heavy Bag at 7 pm. Get lots of cardio in before the weekend even fully begins!
