Heavy Bag Monday & Wednesday 5:30
We have added two more Heavy Bag classes during the week since the current ones have been filling up quickly. You will now have the opportunity to take Heavy Bag every day of the work week!
Beginning January 4th, Heavy Bag classes will be offered on Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, in addition to our current classes on Tuesday (6:30 pm), Thursday (6:30 pm), Friday (7:30 pm), and Saturday (9 am).
