We believe strongly in the principles taught within the Krav Maga discipline and we encourage participation as early as possible. In addition to the potential life-saving self defense tools our students learn, Krav Maga also offers some of the best total-body workouts you've ever seen.

Class options include:

Women's Only Krav Maga: As a women-owned business, we are passionate about women's self-defense! That's why we offer women's only classes twice a week - Wednesday (at 7:30 pm) and Friday (at 5:30 pm). These classes are open to anyone who identifies as female. If you're interested in Krav Maga and would like to learn in a comfortable and empowering atmosphere, we would love for you to join us! And - Your first class at Fit & Fearless is free! Adult Krav Maga:

All Krav Maga classes aim to give you tools for defending yourself. Along with combative and defensive techniques, we teach you to be aggressive in the face of an attack and to fight through fear and confusion to go home safe. As you progress through the system, you learn more strategy and tactics and how to apply those with a cool head in a violent situation.



Krav Maga is designed to be used by anyone of any skillset, body type, or fitness level. The movements are intuitive and the objective of the system is to "get home safely" not to obtain perfect form. We'll teach you how to de-escalate a situation, and if that's not enough, to keep fighting until the threat is eliminated.


This isn't a traditional workout program. You're going to be mentally and physically challenged, combining combatives you've trained regularly with things you didn't see coming! At any point, the instructor could yell out a new addition to what you're already training, forcing you to think fast!


Krav Maga isn't only about teaching you how to defend yourself. It's about knowing your body and what it can do when faced with a series of challenges. If you think this only affects you physically, think again! You're going to be walking taller and prouder already after your first few classes.
