Michelle joined the Army in her 20’s which lead her into martial arts. She moved back to her hometown in Austin and found Krav Maga. In 2010, she became an instructor teaching students how to defend themselves and their loved ones. She currently holds a brown belt in the Krav Maga worldwide system. In 2017, she became a yoga instructor teaching mobility and stretching using props / body to ease sore muscles and ease minds. She is a wife for over 20 years and they have two teenagers and a dog at home.
