KICKBOXING
Our group fighting and MMA training classes are designed to help you learn as much about fighting and self-defense disciplines as possible. With a base knowledge of multiple approaches, you'll be prepared to defend yourself and others no matter what situation you find yourself in.

Our Kickboxing class is taught on Sunday mornings at 10 am and is open to all skill levels! Kickboxing is taught by our awesome instructor JP, who trains in multiple martial arts, including Lethwei.

Kickboxing classes require a partner, so please register for your class with a person that you know, or if you are fully vaccinated, please let us know that when you register!

Influenced by a combination of combatives used in Krav Maga and our heavy bag classes, our instructors are happy to teach you in a 1-on-1 or small group (2-3 people) setting.

Small Group Kickboxing Lessons
For those wanting to learn with a friend or two, small group classes are offered during Open Gym hours for up to 4 people at a time.

Solo Kickboxing Workouts
Want to work on your technique using the heavy bag, but don't have enough experience yet to create your own workout? For the same price as open gym, you can choose a workout from our available binders, stream it to the TV in the room, and work that routine to your heart's content!

In Krav Maga, we always prefer to stay standing during a fight, but if you end up on the ground, you need to know what to do! Get ahead on learning ground fighting techniques from instructors who are experts in both Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

We focus on boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling techniques and learn to put them all together and spar with individual opponents. The focus in this class is on developing and delivering effective combinations. This helps you integrate what you know about striking and improve your techniques quickly.

This class focuses on developing aspects of martial arts from Muay Thai and boxing. You'll learn how to blend all of these styles into one highly effective system. The class also includes conditioning drills and skill acquisition exercises used by professional mixed martial arts fighters.
