Strength & Stability Classes Get Focused!

Strength & Stability | Monday 5:45 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 7 pm

Each of our Strength & Stability classes will now have a focus on a major part of the body. The three classes will rotate through five different parts of the body:

  • Shoulders & Arms

  • Legs

  • Bodyweight Flow (Emphasis on Core)

  • Chest & Upper Back

  • Glutes & Lower Back

Core and cardio work will be integrated into each of the classes as well.

The schedule resets every five weeks. For example, if you do legs in a Tuesday class, you won't be doing legs in the Tuesday class again until five weeks. Therefore, even if you can only attend one of these classes each week, you don't have to worry about getting stuck on one body part - you'll rotate through each of the body parts before hitting the legs again.
